Dave’s Dramatic Transformation

Congrats to Dave who made some great progress with the Data-Driven Fasting 30 Day Challenge followed by the Nutritional Optimisation Masterclass.  

Dave got a wake-up call when his doctor told him he was heading for Type 2 diabetes and found the motivation to do whatever it took to regain his health.  DDF is a great tool to help people differentiate hunger from habit, but dialling in your macronutrients and micronutrients of the food you eat always yields the best results.

Dave, like many of us, has a hectic life with a busy job and family commitments, but he found time to use a quantified approach to nutrition and saw some great results!  He made the time to manage the inputs that always lead to success, and the outputs looked after themselves.

As he dialled in his macros and his micros, he found some renewed energy in some extra effort at the gym.
