  3. I would like to join, but would like to know, how meat heavy this program is. I eat meat every day for lunch, eggs or sardines for breakfast and either fast in the evening or have some cooked vegetables and beans. It would not be palatable for me to eat meat more than once a day or financially sustainable, since I only eat high quality meat. But I would love to learn more about protein from non-meat sources. Would this program be right for me? Thank you!

    • Glad you found the Glucose Revolution Review article helpful! In the Macros Masterclass, we initially review your current diet and then guide you to tweak it just enough to make progress. We have gone to a lot of effort to create recipes for a range of different preferences and approaches, including vegetarian and plant-based. The key element to satiety is to increase protein % by slowly dialling back energy from fat and carbs while prioritising protein. It’s fairly easy to get adequate protein from low-fat dairy and eggs on a vegetarian diet. If you’re exclusively plant-based you will need to be more intentional to ensure you are getting adequate bioavailable protein. The key thing is, we guide people to progressively tweak their own diet to achieve their goals. We understand that if we gave people to “perfect” meal plan chances are they wouldn’t stick to it for too long if it’s completely foreign to them and doesn’t align with their tastes and preferences.
