Macros Masterclass

Did you know you have a unique nutrition prescription that is just right for YOU?

But what is it?

How do you find it?

What’s the answer?

You won’t find it in the latest best-selling diet book.

Not even your nutritionist or doctor knows what it is.

But with some guidance, self-reflection, personal experimentation, and the right tools, it’s not that hard to find the diet that suits your unique goals, context, and preferences.

It’s true!  There is no perfect one-size-fits-all dietary prescription that works for everyone all the time.

We all require a unique mix of protein, fat, and carbs tailored to our unique lifestyle, goals, budget, beliefs, and preferences.

Sadly, we’ve seen so much confusion and frustration as people try to follow the latest popular extreme approach, whether that be:

  • Low-fat,
  • Low-carb,
  • Keto,
  • Low protein,
  • High protein,
  • Plant-based, or
  • Carnivore.

Even if they help for a while, the reality is that very few people manage to stick to these ways of eating long-term. Instead, we usually revert to our old habits.

You don’t have to upend everything you’re already doing.

You only need to make just enough change to start moving towards your goal at a sustainable rate.

While many people think they want overnight success. But overnight success rarely lasts.

Instead, it’s the incremental changes that lead to tiny habits that, before you know it, will lead to your long-term goal!

Rather than jumping to unsustainable extremes, we always see the best results when Optimisers progressively move towards optimal.

That’s why we designed the Macros Masterclass. We want to guide you through to dial your macronutrients to align with your unique goals, such as:

  • Fat loss while maximising satiety and minimising muscle loss.
  • Muscle growth while minimising fat gain.

  1. I am going on a 10 day cruise for my 50 wedding anniversary. I don’t know if I can maintain and learn since this is in the middle of the month.

  2. I tried for 15 minutes to get in clicking on all the “Join” links and it kept bringing me back to this page. Please contact me so I can find out what happened.

  3. I would like to join, but would like to know, how meat heavy this program is. I eat meat every day for lunch, eggs or sardines for breakfast and either fast in the evening or have some cooked vegetables and beans. It would not be palatable for me to eat meat more than once a day or financially sustainable, since I only eat high quality meat. But I would love to learn more about protein from non-meat sources. Would this program be right for me? Thank you!
PS. I just came to your web after about three or four years via your Glucose revolution review and was reminded how very informative and interesting your articles are. Currently reading through the linked articles from the review, so helpful!

    • Glad you found the Glucose Revolution Review article helpful! In the Macros Masterclass, we initially review your current diet and then guide you to tweak it just enough to make progress. We have gone to a lot of effort to create recipes for a range of different preferences and approaches, including vegetarian and plant-based. The key element to satiety is to increase protein % by slowly dialling back energy from fat and carbs while prioritising protein. It’s fairly easy to get adequate protein from low-fat dairy and eggs on a vegetarian diet. If you’re exclusively plant-based you will need to be more intentional to ensure you are getting adequate bioavailable protein. The key thing is, we guide people to progressively tweak their own diet to achieve their goals. We understand that if we gave people to “perfect” meal plan chances are they wouldn’t stick to it for too long if it’s completely foreign to them and doesn’t align with their tastes and preferences.

  4. Is it alright to do this course before I’ve done a 30 day challenge? What’s the best recommended order of things? Thanks!

  5. Hi Marty
I met you on Saturday at the Low Carb Gold Coast conference.
I’m excited about your program for long term health & weight loss.
Are you running this program again soon?
    Thank you,
    Amanda Bryen.

  6. Hello Marty,

I am from the Philippines and I wanted to join though I might have a problem with time differences.

Should I join, are the lecture recorded so I can watch replays only during my most convenient time?

    • Hey Ruffia! Most of the content is in daily lessons, which is released 5am Brisbane time. We have Live Q&As 6am Brisbane time, but they’re recorded so they’re available for those who can’t watch live.

  7. Is this an on-demand recorded class or a live class? I have a very unpredictable work schedule and won’t always be able to attend a live class.

    Thanks in advance.

    • We have daily written lessons in the group and Live Q&A sessions that are recorded for those who can’t make them live.
