Nutrient Optimiser Challenge… the results
To date, we have run two challenges with some amazing results.
We were delighted to see how our analysis and theory detailed on Optimising Nutrition worked as designed. People felt satisfied, energised, lost weight and saw their blood sugars stabilise when they started to incorporate more optimal foods and meals into their routine.
