Nothing goes better with scrambled eggs than cheese for a quick and luxurious keto meal.
The eggs provide most of the energy along with choline, B2, B5, B12, folate and selenium.
The parsley boosts vitamins A and K, while the cheese lifts the calcium and zinc.
