Ingredients

- 50 g spinach
- 50 g fennel bulb, shaved
- 50 g blackberries
- Half an avocado, sliced
- 2 Brazil nuts, sliced
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Squeeze over lemon juice, drizzle over olive oil, and sprinkle over salt, pepper and lemon zest.
- Toss and eat!
