Tri-tip roast & broccoli

This super simple tri-tip roast and broccoli recipe is ideal for fat loss.  Tri-tip is a cut from the sirloin steak that has a rich beef flavour, tender texture and is often less pricey if you’re on a budget.  

The tri-tip roast will give you plenty of protein along with B3, B6, B12, choline iron, selenium and zinc while the broccoli files in your folate vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K.
