  2. As a woman with pcos and insulin resistance, the works of Dr. Jason Fung on fasting have been very helpful. We are a mess of hormones levels that are *off* and his theories have been extremely helpful as one extremely difficult part of a PCOS diagnosis is the inability or extremely slow process of weight loss. Do you have any ideas to help women with PCOS specifically?
