Steak, tomato, eggs, spinach
This is a fairly standard Sunday night family dinner at our place – a solid piece of steak on the BBQ with salad.
The steak provides a good amount of protein as well as plenty of B vitamins while the salad fills out the vitamin and mineral profile and adds some variety and additional taste.
