Salmon, broccoli and cabbage

This is a simple go-to dinner that provides plenty of protein, vitamins and minerals while keeping carbs low at around 20g per serve.  The salmon contains three daily your requirements for omega 3 along with a range of minerals and is complimented nicely by the broccoli and cabbage.

Directions 

  1. The broccoli can be steamed or placed in the microwave for five minutes.  
  2. Chop the cabbage and fry in a pan with enough butter to prevent sticking and to suit your goals.  
  3. Place salmon in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
