Protein-Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF) Gummies

Yields: 20 gummies

  • 250 ml strong hibiscus or another herbal tea, warm
  • 12 tbsp gelatine
  • the juice of one lemon
  • alternative sweetener of choice (i.e., xylitol or stevia)


  1. Blend the mixture and ensure everything is dissolved.
  2. Pour into moulds and leave in the fridge to set. 
  3. Enjoy!
