Monkey Man PSMF Cheesecake

It’s impossible not to love cheesecake, but your typical store-bought version only contains 7% protein and is packed with fat and carbs that make it hard to stop at just one piece. 

By comparison, the Monkey Man PSMF cheesecake has a whopping 43% protein.  With macros like this, you won’t have to feel guilty if you eat more than one slice, but you might have difficulty because you’re so full.  

The low fat cottage cheese, cream cheese and protein powder all a ton of protein, along with vitamins B2 and B5, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium, while the eggs bring some more protein and a healthy dose of choline for your brain.

Ingredients 

SERVES 8

  • 500 g non-fat cottage cheese
  • 250 g lite cream cheese
  • 2 scoops (60 g) of whey protein
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  • 2 eggs 

Directions 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C/356°F (bake)
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well incorporated. Pour into an ovenproof dish.
  • Bake for 30–45 minutes or until the middle seems firm.
