Megan’s Marvelous Masterclass Results!

Megan was eager to send me her “after” results from her body scans at her F45 gym. 

After the Masterclass, she was toned up all over and delighted with her progress!  

The Body Shape Rating said she was amongst the healthiest people based on her measurements.  

Megan says, “I have had my weight yo-yo up and down about 10 kilos all my adult life. I just want to maintain it and eat to nourish my body. Sugar is what I go to for energy and I hate this. I have a family history of Type 2 diabetes and I don’t want to get it. I love to exercise for my mental health and enjoy F45 classes, running and hiking. I am a teacher and I find it quite stressful at times. When stress is high, I resort to sugary treats but I am trying to spend time in nature to relax as a better option.”

As she followed the system, she continued to chip away and achieved some great results!  Even after a few days of overindulging on holidays, she got back on track and finished strong with some great results.
