While eating meat is sometimes is a divisive topic, our analysis has shown again and again that animal products are an important part of a well rounded nutrient-dense diet.
It is extremely difficult to find adequate quantities of critical micronutrients such as vitamin B12 and omega 3 in a diet that excludes animal products and seafood.
Organ meats such as liver provide very high levels of some of the essential nutrients. Eating more of the animal is also cost-effective, sustainable and ethical.
Animal products also provide bioavailable protein with fewer calories, so you don’t have to consume excessive energy to get the protein you require.
