Lettuce Wrap with Beef & Sauerkraut

In search of a healthy dinner that you can prepare in just 15 minutes during a hot summer evening?

A lettuce wrap is a great alternative to tacos when you’re looking for a meal you can eat with your hands.  This tasty meal or snack will be ideal for a high protein fat loss diet and is autoimmune-friendly.

Lean roast beef is a tasty source of protein, along with B vitamins, choline, potassium, selenium, sodium and zinc.  The sauerkraut adds vitamin C, iron, copper, folate, and sodium, while the lettuce adds vitamin A and some crunch.
