Lean & Green Mango Smoothie

This lean, mean, green and tasty combines the best of both fruit and veggies for a taste and nutrient sensation.  

Tasty mango provides the majority of the energy, along with a hefty dose of vitamins B5, B6, C and E as well as folate, copper and potassium while the greens add a broad spectrum of minerals, vitamins A and K1.  


One serve provides 270  calories, 7 g protein, 2 g fat, 55 g net carbs and P:E = 0.1.

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 mango, peels and flesh diced
  • 1 cucumber, with peel, chopped
  • 1 cup tap water1/2 cup ice


  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Add water to achieve desired consistency.
  • Consume fresh.
