Kiwi, Mint & Collagen Smoothie

Kiwi and banana provide the bulk of the energy in this smoothie recipe, along with hefty doses of vitamin C, potassium and a range of other vitamins and minerals.  Gelatin brings some protein, particularly glycine which is great for sleep and your nails.   


One serve provides 150 calories, 12 g protein, 1 g fat, 22 g net carbs and P:E = 0.5.

  • Half a small banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 spring of mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  • 1 cup ice water


  • Place all ingredients in a blender.  
  • Blend well and serve.
