This simple smoothie is loaded with probiotics and makes for a great drink on a hot summer’s day.
Kefir is a fermented milk-based drink that is high in probiotics to aid digestion and gut health. It also provides heaps of vitamin B5, choline, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.
Chia seeds are a great plant-based source of omega-3 fatty acids along with vitamins B6 and K1 and a wide range of minerals. Berries add some sweetness and boost vitamin C, while spinach boosts folate and manganese.
