Garlic prawns, spinach and pine nuts

This very yummy low carb meal provides a range of minerals from the spinach, prawns and pine nuts.  The garlic adds to the flavour and butter used in cooking provides some taste and energy too! Mushrooms can be a great optional addition.

Directions 

  • Peel fresh prawns and add to hot pan with butter for cooking.
  • Add spinach, garlic, and pine nuts and continue to cook for a further five minutes.
