Ingredients

- 1 can artichoke hearts, roughly chopped (14.5 oz can)
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped or 7 ounces frozen spinach thawed and drained
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
- Chop artichoke hearts and spinach.
- Add all of the ingredients to an oven-safe baking dish. Mix until thoroughly combined. Top with Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
