Chicken zoodle soup

This chicken soup has a high protien:energy ratio it is ideal for maximum satiety weight loss.  Substituting the noodles for zucchini noodles help to keep the carbs low while providing some extra micronutrients.  The chicken provides heaps of bioavailable protein B3, B5, B6, choline and selenium while the veggies fill in the vitamin C, K and potassium.
