Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Nothing goes better with scrambled eggs than cheese for a quick and luxurious keto meal.

The eggs provide most of the energy along with choline, B2, B5, B12, folate and selenium.

The parsley boosts vitamins A and K, while the cheese lifts the calcium and zinc.

One serving provides 320 calories, 16 g of protein, 28 g of fat, and 2 g of net carbs.
