Cheesy Scramble with Mushrooms & Bacon

Combining flavours and textures like this is hard to resist.  Eggs provide the majority of the energy and protein along with choline, vitamins B2, and selenium.  In addition to providing a luxurious texture, cheese is also rich in calcium and phosphorus.  Bacon contributes to the decadent flavour profile, while the mushrooms add a touch of copper.
