Carol’s data-driven dreams come true!

There’s nothing like having a goal to motivate you and keep you pressing forward over the long term.  

Carol’s dream was to fit into her wedding dress from 26 years ago.  

She had hoped to make it by her 25th wedding anniversary, but in March started her journey of nutritional optimisation with our second 6 Week Nutritional Optimisation Masterclass.  And she liked it so much the first time she came back for another round.  Over 17 weeks, she peeled off 10.6 lb of weight and 7 lbs of fat!     

Weight loss is rarely a linear process, but as she focused on maximising nutrient density and satiety, the weight looked after itself! 

Not only did she lose weight and fat, but she also optimised her eating habits and came in at #3 on the nutrient density leaderboard with a super impressive Optimimal Nutrient Intake Score of 95.2%!
