Beef and spinach omelette

This another super simple high satiety nutritious recipe that uses egg whites to keep the protein:energy high (while still providing plenty of choline from the steak). The steak provides plenty of lean protein, zinc, phosphorus, B3 and B6. The spinach fills in the vitamin A, folate and vitamin K while the mushrooms fill in the copper and B5.


One 260 calorie serving of this recipe provides 48 g of protein, 5 g of fat and 1 g of net carbs.
