6-Week Nutritional Optimisation Masterclass

Optimise your weight, body fat, blood sugars and nutrient density in January

I bet you’re looking forward to a well-deserved holiday after a big 2019!   This is the time we get to relax, unwind and spend time with our family.

But it’s also the time that most of us eat a bit more.  The tasty food and endless parties with family and friends often cause us to put on some extra padding.

Once the New Year festivities are over, many of us go looking for ways to tighten up our diet and lose some fat.  Everyone will be Googling “best diet” in the first week of January looking for their “magic pill”.

But if you’re ready to level up your nutrition to build lasting habits we’d love you to join our 6-Week Nutritional Optimisation Masterclass.

Rather than simply restricting calories, we will teach you to give your body the nutrientsit needs to thrive and optimise your health and body composition, to prevent the rebound binging that usually follows a restrictive diet.

2019 Challenge Results

Last year we were blown away as participants lost more than 5% of their starting weight in just six weeks as they focused on nutrient-dense high satiety foods and meals.

While there was a range of results, a number of people lost more than ten per cent of their body weight in just six weeks!

But more important than weight loss, participants lost 14% of their body fat.

They also gained lean mass, which is critical to metabolic health, insulin sensitivity and longevity.

People with diabetes saw their blood sugars reduce to healthy levels as their body composition improved.

How is this challenge different?

Starting January 4 2020, we will guide participants through the process of Nutritional Optimisation by helping you to choose foods and meals that align with YOUR goals.

Most people fail at diets in the long run because they try to adopt someone else’s meal plan or way of eating.  But after the diet, they regress back to their old habits.

To help you avoid this rebound, Nutritional Optimisation involves refining your current diet to incorporate more foods and meals that align with your goals and phase out the old ones.

Finding Your Optimal 30/30

We find most people need about thirty foods and thirty meals that align with their goals.  We call this Your Optimal 30/30.

During the six weeks, we will guide you through the Nutritional Optimisation Masterclass to identify the foods and meals that you can enjoy after the challenge.
