First, I really think you’re on to something with the Nutrient Optimizer. It really is very important to optimum health. Testimonials from real people is also very useful and interesting. It’s very informative to see how people use the system and their results.

But one thing that is equally useful would be details from people that tried but dropped out. Maybe not those that just dropped from lack of interest, motivation or boredom but those that had some other interesting issue. I wonder about this group, I’m sure a lot from this group are just very confused but I suspect that some have very interesting reasons for starting but not sticking through to the end.

      Thanks John.
We’ve got results for the people who recorded regularly in the system for analysis. You can assume most of them were not drop outs.
People said they didn’t complete the challenge for a range of reasons including family commitments, sickness etc.
People who had been following this blog for a long time and were familiar with the concepts of satiety and nutrient density seemed to hit the ground running. While others found it hard to understand and confusing.
We’re putting a lot of work to prepare for the next challenge to to help people understand the system better and step them through it.
Education and understanding seems to be key along with streamlining to make it as intuitive and addictive as possible.
      Cheers
      Marty
